Weekly Reader and AbleNet have teamed up to provide you scientifically proven, specially designed content for your secondary or elementary students in special education.

Weekly Reader Edition 2 publishes 32 issues over the school year.  The magazines arrive once a month, in a bundle of four different issues.  As part of your Weekly Reader AbleNet Editions subscription, you receive 10 copies of each issue (a total of 40 copies monthly) to share with your students.  In addition, every month you'll also get 3 levels of electronic adapted AbleNet Editions content for each issue.

WR News Edition publishes 25 issues over the school year.  As part of your Weekly Reader AbleNet Editions subscription, each week you receive 10 copies of the current issue to share with your students.  In addition, every week you'll also get 3 levels of electronic adapted AbleNet Editions content for that issue.

All subscriptions include:
  • Downloadable AbleNet Editions Teacher's Guide with instructional strategies for Levels 1, 2, and 3.
  • Plus premium lessons of: Sensory Activities, Literacy Games, Web-Links, and

       - Level 1: Typically used for students working on developmental skills or at
