St. Paul, MN – May 31, 2011 – AbleNet announced today the acquisition of TeleConcepts, a company with over 25 years experience and success with direct telephone outreach. Their primary customer base includes professionals who serve the hard of hearing market. AbleNet sees this as an important part of meeting the full needs of individuals with disabilities.
TeleConcepts has a proven track record of developing telephone relationships that result in customer and business outcomes. This acquisition will allow TeleConcepts to leverage AbleNet’s infrastructure to help fuel growth for both organizations.
