AbleNet Product Loan Program
Try before you buy 
on our most advanced tools
We know assistive technology is a big investment for families, that’s why we’re proud to announce our new product loan program. We’ve made some of our most advanced products available for this free, 2-week trial program. 

How does the program work?
To sign-up for the Product Loan Program, please contact our customer service team at 800-322-0956 or customerservice@ablenetinc.com.  Within 24 hours, an AbleNet customer service representative will request a valid credit card number to hold as a deposit. Your card will not be billed at this time.
The loaner product will be shipped to you at no cost. You are required to ship the product back to AbleNet 14 days after receipt of the product. (Return shipping is included free of charge.)

What products are available for loan?
Currently we offer 2-week loans on the following:
» Impulse wireless EMG switch with Bluetooth™
» Relax3 with Phone and SiCare Light II environmental control units
» Integra Mouse (includes mounting kit)
» FL4SH Deluxe Kit and
» SCATIR switch deluxe

What if the product I want is not on this list? 
We recognize that not all products are right for all users. If one of our other products does not meet your needs, simply return it within 30 days. For more information on our 30-day money back guarantee, click here. 

Who is elegible to participate?
The loaner program is open to residents of the 48 contiguous US states only.

What if I want to keep my loaned product and don’t send it back?
If you are happy with your product, simply contact AbleNet within your 14-day loan period. We will be happy to work with you to purchase the product at that time.

For products that do not arrive at AbleNet within 21 days of customer receipt, the customer is considered a buyer and their credit card will be charged the value of the product. For products returned in damaged condition (e.g. permanently marked by customer or damaged beyond repair) an assessment will be made on the cost to refurbish (if possible) or replace the unit. The customer will be contacted with the choice to repair or purchase the product.
