When you place your order using a credit card, we will charge your card for the full value of the order.
Can I place an order with you if I live outside of the US?
AbleNet ships to only addresses within the 50 US States, APO/ FPO Military addresses and US Territories. Customers who would like to purchase our products but do not meet these criteria can order through one of our Reseller Partners. Click here to find a reseller.

How do I receive free standard shipping?

What is your shipping policy?
Please allow up to 48-hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment’s tracking number so that you may track the progress of the package(s).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders shipped via UPS Ground will generally arrive within 1-5 business days based on the delivery location. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement. Tracking numbers are provided the day of shipment via email or available on your online account.

What if I did not receive my complete order? How do I know when the remainder of my order will ship?
We make every attempt not to back-order items. In the instances where back-orders do occur, a back-order notification will be sent via email to you.
Not what you needed?
Don’t worry, we have a 30-day return policy. Just make sure the product and packaging are in new unused condition, if not, a restock fee may apply. Some items might not apply such as custom built products or if indicated on the product.

Is my product covered under warranty?
AbleNet offers a limited manufacturer’s warranty on all AbleNet manufactured products for up to 2 years from the original purchase date. This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing for two full years from the date of purchase. Any non-AbleNet Manufactured products include the original Manufacturer’s Warranty when purchased. This warranty is held to the standards and stipulations of the original manufacturer of the product.
