What is your credit card authorization process?
When you place an order using a credit card, AbleNet authorizes your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled.
How can I get a copy of my invoice?
You may obtain a copy of your invoice by logging in to your online account. Click on “My Account” in the upper left corner of the page. Then click on “Retrieve an invoice” in the left navigation.
In what states do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect applicable state and local taxes for shipments to the following states: CA, HI, IL, KS, KY, MN, OH, TX, UT, WA, WI, and any additional states in which we establish a presence. The taxability of our items varies by state. Shipping and handling will be taxed when the product is taxable. If you are exempt from sales tax, please provide us with a copy of your tax exempt form when you place your order.
Can I place an order with you if I live outside of the US?
