How do I develop readiness for power mobility?

When evaluating a client for a power wheelchair, the client may not demonstrate readiness. Pre-mobility training can be used to develop mobility concepts. This webinar will present strategies to develop readiness. Case examples will be included.

How do I know a child is ready for power mobility?

When recommending a power wheelchair, a number of features must be considered, such as driving method, seating, and drive wheel configuration. Before picking out colors, however, we first need to determine if the client is truly ready for a power wheelchair and, if not, develop readiness. This webinar will present strategies to determine readiness.
