This course explains the basics of CPT codes and how to bill them. It covers the difference between CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes; how to choose the correct CPT code for each procedure; and some specific insurance requirements and billing scenarios.

Presenter Biography: Jill Shook has been a speech-language pathologist since 2011 and a private practice owner since 2015. She has extensive training in orofacial myofunctional disorders and AAC, and has presented on the topics of EBP and starting a private practice since 2018. She provides consultations and full-length courses through her Private Practice SLP website.
